All About Me - Professionally, Philosophically, and Personally
Professionally
As a professional, my biggest strength is my ability to communicate and develop positive relationships with others. The workplace is optimized when flowing with good relationships on all levels. My foundational pillars as a professional is my reliability and responsiveness. This may sound like an overly simple skillset, but the best at their craft become experts at the fundamentals above all else.
The best marketing strategy? Care. The rest will follow.

As a natural detail-oriented planner and a coordinator of large projects, proper communication is a must. I need to know the big picture in addition to the detailed inner workings of each component. I understand the healthy medium of making sure each party has enough information to best do their jobs, without over cluttering their inbox with useless information that may impede from the most important message.

Philosophically

At the very root of my existence is the belief that life is what you make it, happiness is a choice, and that optimism is a lifestyle that will manifest itself into results over time. Energy is extremely contagious. The type of energy I carry and spread is what I will get in return, positive or negative. I strive to bring positive energy and respect to everybody I cross paths with. At the heart of every individual is the need to be important to others around them, simply put, the need to be appreciated. I waste no opportunity to show genuine appreciation for the talents, time, and efforts of others. I keep good people around me, I uplift them, and they uplift me.

This does not mean in any way that I believe positive wishes and inspirational quotes will bring happiness and success alone! Far too many people spend more time planning the paths to their goals than actually executing on the plan. Everybody has ideas. Not everybody is willing to put in the time to execute, even if that means putting yourself at risk for failure. I place significantly more emphasis on the actual "doing" part of the process. There is much to learn from experience, both in success and failure.

Personally

Certainly my values above are serious in nature, but I am quite a goofball in my everyday interactions! Life is too short to not enjoy every bit of it as you can. I don't sweat the small stuff. I live to share smiles and laughter with others. I'm very comfortable in my own skin and with everybody else in the room.

Right now I love to hit up physical therapy. I hope to soon return to the gym, hockey rink, basketball court, or on the ski slopes. I'm a fan of both the city and the wilderness, but if i had to choose one over the other, I'll take the great outdoors. Although universally standard, I LOVE to eat maybe just a little more than the person beside me. I enjoy cooking just as much as trying new restaurants.
