With 202 individual advertisements under my responsibility, meeting print deadlines and making sure everything is in proper place come October requires massive amounts of organization and communication with all parties involved. 

Often times artwork is not submitted until the last minute, and all printing cost of materials falls on my lap. It's vital that I get it done right the first and only time. 

 

How I get the arena ready for Game 1:

 

  • Keep a rolling file and map of every applicable asset by reviewing all sponsor contracts submitted, tracking what spots are available to purchase for our sales team, and what purchased spots need artwork turned in.

  • Communicate with sales staff and sponsors the specs and approaching deadlines. 

  • Collect artwork and double check every asset matches the given specs. Resend back to sponsor if specs aren't matched. 

  • Upload artwork to our printing supplier, give one last check for specs and image quality, and ensure enough time for shipping and installation. 

  • Coordinate and help staff install artwork, making sure all ads are placed in the correctly mapped locations.
